Terms of Service

1. Scope

The service is operated by Opgrid Solutions from Sweden as an early-stage project. These terms govern use of the platform by professionals and by client organisations.

2. The service

We operate a private talent pool. Professionals submit a profile. Approved clients may search approved profiles and contact professionals directly.

If a profile is approved, it may be shown to approved employers. Professionals cannot set a profile to hidden. To be removed, email us and request deletion.

3. Your responsibility

By submitting a profile you confirm that your information is true and that you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Guidelines.

You may only upload documents that belong to you. Classified, restricted or third-party confidential material is not allowed.

4. No employment relationship

Opgrid Solutions does not employ you, does not guarantee work, and is not a party to any contract between you and a client.

We do not guarantee candidate availability or placement for clients.

5. Client use of data

Client organisations may use profile data only to consider a possible engagement. Copying, publishing, reselling or scraping profile data is prohibited.

6. Suspension and removal

We may reject, hide or delete any profile or access request, and may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the Guidelines.

7. Liability and testing phase

The service is provided as is and is in a testing phase. It may change at any time.

We do not guarantee placement, response or the accuracy of information provided by users. Clients must do their own checks. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
