Opgrid Solutions is an early-stage private talent pool operated from Sweden. The first focus is security and operational professionals. Logistics may be added later.
The security industry still runs on personal networks. Experienced professionals are found through a former colleague, a group chat, or not at all. Serious clients spend weeks looking for a profile that already exists in the market.
Professionals register once, describe their real capabilities, and stay discreetly reachable. Clients are approved before they get access, and they search the pool themselves.
This is not a government body, a recruitment guarantee service or an employer. We do not employ anyone and we do not guarantee work.

A smaller pool of genuinely relevant professionals is worth more than a large database nobody trusts.
