Membership is conditional. Profiles and accounts that breach these guidelines are suspended or permanently removed.
Candidates
What we expect
- Only people with relevant security or operational experience may apply.
- Provide truthful, verifiable information and documentation.
- Keep availability, location and contact details up to date.
- Respect confidentiality of any client requirement shared with you.
- Respond professionally to client contact, even when declining.
- Only claim qualifications, clearances and courses you actually hold.
- Approved profiles are shown to approved employers. To be removed, email us and request deletion.
Candidates
Not allowed
- Submitting falsified CVs, certificates or references.
- Uploading classified, restricted or operationally sensitive material.
- Offering or seeking work that breaches applicable law or sanctions.
- Using the network to recruit for or advertise other services.
Employers
What we expect
- Verify your organisation and keep account access to named users.
- Contact candidates only about genuine, funded requirements.
- State assignment type, location and terms honestly and early.
- Handle candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes.
- Delete unlocked candidate data when the purpose has ended.
Employers
Not allowed
- Reselling, exporting or sharing profile data outside your organisation.
- Bulk unlocking profiles without a concrete requirement.
- Discriminatory screening or unlawful assignment requests.
- Approaching candidates for activity that breaches law or sanctions.
Enforcement
The operator may reject or remove any profile or access request. Depending on severity we issue a warning, suspend access, or delete the account and associated data. Serious breaches involving falsified documentation or unlawful activity may be reported to the relevant authorities. Anyone can report concerns through the contact page.
