2. What we collect

We collect the information you submit, including your name, contact details, profile data, CV and documents.

For clients we collect organisation details, the contact person's details and access activity.

3. How we use it

We use your data only to run this talent pool, review profiles, give approved clients access to approved profiles, and handle support or legal requests.

We do not sell your data.

4. Who can see your profile

Profiles are never public. If your profile is approved, it is visible to approved employers. Contact details are released only when a client unlocks a profile.

Professionals cannot hide a profile. If you want to be removed, email contact@opgridsolutions.com and request deletion.

5. Storage

Data is stored on servers within the EU. Documents are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible.

Do not upload classified documents.

6. Legal bases

We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you submit your profile, and on our legitimate interest in operating the talent pool.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. We then delete your profile and documents.

7. Retention

Rejected profiles are kept for up to 6 months.

Approved profiles are kept while the account is active and for up to 12 months after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw your consent.

To use these rights, email contact@opgridsolutions.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or request deletion from your account.

You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Age

The service is for adults only.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will inform registered users by email.
